Fees

Early Years Funding 3 and 4 year olds

All 3 to 4-year-olds in England can get 570 free hours per year, this can be used for up to 15 hours a week for 38 weeks of the year. We only claim the funding during term time.

You can use Tax-Free Childcare or Universal Credit Childcare whilst claiming your 15 hours of childcare support.

 

Working Parent Entitlement from 2 years

Eligible working parents and carers of children aged 3 - 4 can get an additional 15 hours of childcare support, bringing the total support they can get up to 30 hours a week. Eligible working parents of 2-year-olds can also access 15 hours of childcare support. This changes to 30 hours from September 2025.

This funding can also be used over 38 weeks of the year. We only claim the funding during term time.
You must apply for this funding through HMRC online.
You can use Tax-Free Childcare or Universal Credit Childcare whilst claiming your 15 or 30 hours of childcare support.

 

Early Years Funding for 2 Year Olds of Families Needing Support

Families receiving some forms of support may also be entitled to 15 hours a week of Early Years Funding. You can do this by contacting Wiltshire Council.

This funding can be used over 38 weeks of the year. We only claim the funding during term time.

 

Fees

If you are not entitled to any of the above or wish to pay for additional hours are fees are £4.80 for children under 3 and £4.50 for children over 3.

 

Early Riser Drop Off

 If you wish to access our Early Riser drop off at 8.15am there is a flat rate fee of £3 regardless of the age of your child.

 

Core Funded Sessions

Our Core Funded Sessions are as follows

Morning 8.45am – 11.45am
Morning and Lunch 8.45am – 12.45pm
Lunch and Afternoon 11.45am – 2.45pm
All Day 8.45am – 2.45pm

 

Term Dates are in line with the local education authority with the exception of teacher training days. The dates are listed on Term Time Calendar.
